EXCHANGE, RETURN, SHIPPING, REFUND POLICIES

EXCHANGE

PHEEnom Makeup wants to thank you for visiting the site as well as any purchases made. Certain products are ineligible for exchange such any products that touch bodily fluids: (ie; eye lashes, lip sticks, lip glosses, eye liners).

RETURNS

THE RETURN POLICY IS AS STANDS: 

Returns are only excepted within a two week period that does include the shipping time it takes to get to you. YOU MUST EMAIL a request for a return to receive a full refund, the email must be received within 7 days from when the item was purchased. The item MUST NOT have be opened or worn in order to receive refund. If there is evidence that the item has been worn/opened you will not receive a refund but you can be invoiced to have your item shipped back to you.

SHIPPING

THE SHIPPING POLICY IS STANDARD

Currently shipping anywhere in the USA only and standard shipping fee's appy. All packages shipped with USPS. PHEEnom Makeup is not responsible for any sloten, damage, or lost packages. All packages will have a traking number given by USPS and can be emailed if requested by email. Standard shipping times apply and MUST allow three week for pack to arive before requesting a refund.

REFUND

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS UNDER THE POLICIES: RETURNS OR SHIPPING ONLY. Read all policies for what is covered under the refund policy. If the product you ordered is out of stock you  will be eligible for a full refund.
